IMO there was probably a little more to it than we heard. I think it’s great that they aren’t afraid to change things that aren’t working for them.

It was a simple case of them not working out. No bad blood just not what they were looking for. That news is actually great because anytime a company can be efficient and know what they have it's a win-win.

Going forward they will sign a deal with a firm that can find them M&A targets as a vehicle to get to NASDAQ. In addition, they are looking for traditional financing going forward which is huge.

Great times ahead here.
