Why on Earth would Jim just merge WOFA with any new company when there are people willing to speculate on the fact that his name is attached.

My guess is that you see the newly registered companies have their own ticker and share structure.

Down the line something may happen but I don't think that anyone would not want to see what new company would do first as a stand alone.

Fact, when Jim owned Search Core there were at least 10 other "INDEPENDENT" companies (all with tickers and share structure) under the SC name.


SC will be LDS and WOFA along with any other company registered will be all just shells.
