Spoke with attorney that sent letter out.

Third Party Release is the very last item to proceed with confirmation plan. The Plan is Confirmed, but if u want to reserve right to sue Third Parties who managed the parties that ran TGICQ while in BK, then fill out form, otherwise...do nothing, and let our COMMON survive....and be worth a few DOLLARS soon :) !
