They hired an SEC attorney who has 35 years experience

Plus DRWN hired Ambisafe which is a real, legit, reputable crypto/ blockchain company that has launch many BIG name ICOs and Cryptocurrencies/ blockchains.

I actually read him out the post I'm replying to from beginning to end and he confirmed that would be an accurate summation of his conversation with you!

He Also confirmed that they have employed a former SEC Attorney with 35 years experience to advise on the ICO (Initial Coin Offering)

so I think it's 99.9999999999% UNLIKELY there will be any problems for DRWN moving forward with its ICO!

Also I asked them to get a twitter account and he said they will reinstate their twitter account.

This part makes no sense.

400 million control block 3(a)(10)

Obviously the person who spoke to the CEO either heard or remembered wrong and wrote down information that isn't correct.

The CEO owns the control block with 4,700,000,000 shares and of course he won't be selling because his shares are restricted.

Yes there is just one note holder now (besides the CEO) because CF3 Enterprises acquired all of the debts totaling $1,455,000

Since you don't seem to want to accept my information which includes references to the 3(a)10 court case which anybody can confirm, just look at the DRWN filings which confirm that CF3 Enterprises has a $1,455,000 note

And the dilution threat it poses since the 3(a)10 stock would be free trading and would be issued at a sharp discount to the market price.

When will CF3 Enterprises start converting the debt? Who knows. Maybe they have already started since February 1st. Maybe they haven't. Maybe they will start soon. Maybe they won't.

As for the rest of the stuff in your post.... I wouldn't hold my breath about any share buyback or bet on the ICO ever actually happening and raising $50 million.

The ICO prospectus is pretty ridiculous and is making DRWN a big risk for an SEC suspension as does other issues like having an insider (Robert Gandy) that is banned from penny stocks and the 3(a)10 transaction being conducted without using a registered broker/dealer
