ONCI His excuse - reason - explanation - whatever definitely calmed a lot of people, and made sense.

His reason is not something that could have been known the whole time.

He must have thought he would have gotten the docs from the old CEO when he said what he said.

It was 99% over at 4:15. Now it's not over at all.

If you think everything is made up then sell away.
