ONCI - I think smarter folks in ONCI will hold and not miss out... this is so normal in OTC but unusual for a CEO to step up to the plate, which Berman did here and expeditiously I might add... just gives me more confidence in him.

All of this is why I believe he didn't take calls or give more in depth response to some who've contacted him recently.
