If possible, see if they have a track record, preferably with timer trac, an independent organization.

CNBC had a man on today, can't remember his name, but apparently someone in the know about insider selling and he said that insiders are selling into this move up. Any book on trading that I read that deals with this subject says that those in the know sell into the strength and the ones less knowledgeable buy at these prices afraid they'll miss the boat.
