Thank you for doing that Gramara. Although its nothing new, now we know the response verbatim. What's interesting to me is that they continue to "hope" to issue a press release. To me, this signifies that they can't due to some legal reason. I'm not really privy to the rules surrounding news releases during halts, but I think this at least provides some evidence that they aren't leaving us in the dark due to bad news (i.e. the acquisition falling through).

While there was little in their latest financial report to show that the acquisition took place, there was this statement. (Quoting gramara from stockhouse here)

{"The loss for the nine month period ended November 30, 2017 was higher than the loss for the nine month period ended November 30, 2016 mainly due to expenditures in regard to the Company’s proposed acquisition of MJ BioPharma"

Also, the news release from January 2nd said that the some 5 million warrants originally issued pursuant to a private placement related to the acquisition had been extended 6 months, to July.
