He said FINS are due end of the month and everyone knows it.

Definitely EMBARASSING to even have to ask the question.....

Anyway, FINS will be out by tomorrow as he said and that's all he would tell me.

This is a great point.

We are lucky to have one if the most transparent CEO’s in the OTC running this show.

I am under the belief that SB is actively working his tail off in effort to deliver the following:
Re-domicile to Colorado (enter MJ aspect)
Name/Ticker change (PR train rolls again)
OS/AS reduction (PPS moves on air)
Audited financial statements (investor confidence through the roof)

It takes time to build a great company, and this startup is moving at record pace. I would hate to be on the sidelines when this all comes to fruition.
