Breakout boards just measure the percentage increase in posts on a board over the average number of posts for the board over the past 7 days. Folks just seem to have more to say around here lately.
Since our average has been 1 or 2 post per day, with 10 or so posts, we are up 500%. They probably should have a minimum number of posts before it is put on the breakout board.
