Basically flat? Not on this ORC chart. Pity anyone who bought ORC in early March at $12. Even if bought at the March low, an investor would have a big quick loss at a time when the broad stock market was soaring.

Yes, you could attempt a dividend capture trading strategy but I've never seen proof that those work. Some mutual funds have tried trading to capture dividends but those funds haven't performed well.
