Eddie "THE ARRESTED ONE" Vakser will release prs about how "we are doing things right/our lawyers are working hard/things with the SEC are looking good..." and he will be hoping that these prs will help sell shares.
And after a few billion shares are sold, while knowing that nothing will come of this, the project will be stopped and Eddie will blame OTHERS.
PRPM is a waste that will amount to nothing but shares sold.
