Personally I agree 100%. If I thought Chuck had no idea about the cell or its history when he became CEO then I would exit my position and find another solar company to invest in.

Well then you better not actually ask him that question. You might get the same answer as me and then you would be forced to sell your position.

Why would his DD cover the cell if Nelson didn't tell him? Do you expect him to go back and read old 10-K's from years ago on a hunch that Nelson isn't being forthright with him? He probably should have, but it's not really fair to expect that IMO.
