Regardless if they had a sit down face to face discussion about the cell or not, I am willing to bet the farm that the new CEO was well aware of the cell situation before his first day in that role. Any CEO starting a new job worth his weight in salt probably did a little due diligence before accepting the job.
Why is the cell discussion even relevant again please? I guess at least we are talking about something here.. beats the crickets chirping.
