Probably 5 billion shares out and almost that in the float. The company refuses to update investors, which could be a real problem for them, because they are a SEC reporting company that has not filed a required annual report since the one for 2014.
The SEC could take action this week (or not) to shut this thing down for 10 days (SEC suspension). Other co's less delinquent have been suspended and sent to the grey market.
Now that there is a pump/dump stock promotion starting, the SEC could act fast, IMO.
