IMO, thinking these 2 co's are figuring something out is sniffing on the right scent... they feed off each others' energies and dynamics, personally as well as their products/ visions/ ambitions...
(I'm not fully a fan of O'Leary, e.g. he has a rather loose relationship to free speech based on some of his comments...)
