Tony would be a major asset both for TRW and CA, and it would be natural for TRW and CA to team up as long as that doesn't mean that TRW wouldn't loose competetiveness towards its competitors (although TRW has the master license in China, they could still have competition through imports).
Is there a possibility that Tony might be working for both? If not, where would he be most valuable? (post TRW-financing I guess CA)
How do you know about the other managers? My view is of course based on the little info we have about employees in this company. I certainly hope there are great people running the show.
