ig is ok although I disagree this time and I am one of those that will deny the company "liquidity options". For the first time in 30 years I will be voting against the increase in shares. Of course that could change with some tangible development prior to the vote. They have an easy 15 million shares available ( 45 million dollars at current price) plenty enough for any deal. If they have some huge deal out there that require some very unusual amount of shares then they could make a statement about advanced discussions or the like and gain support for the shares. Unfortunately time is short before the vote I would recommend they get busy.
