Agreed - merging CC into RMRK would not only be challenging, it may be impossible.
However, Using RMRK (if it is or will be a clean shell) as a vehicle to introduce a private cryto/blockchain related company into the public market without the costs and hurdles associated with an IPO is much less challenging and could prove very lucrative for CC as a 'parent' company and RMRK share holders.
CC wouldn't be giving away millions of dollars and current shareholders of RMRK would be holding opportunity shares in a cryto/blockchain related company which may or may not realize sustantial growth.
What would you want in return for $107,000 cash towards a company that exists of a ticker, 1.9 billion registered shares valued @ .0001, and a note due to you for 100k? It's in the filings. $RMRK
