I don't see any reason to liquidate out of this fund yet, although it may not be a bad idea to diversify some of your risk elsewhere.

However, I don't know what you have available amongst your 401K options to put capital to work in. Bonds may see a dead cat bounce in September, but I see interest rates going higher (and bonds lower) after such a correction.
