While the increase in volume is nice to see, this volume is still relatively low and is most likely not institutional buying.
The financing for shares did give Forest Manor a nice immediate gain (kudos for their timing and happy to welcome their million plus shares added to their portfolio; seeing the value as we do).
I assume the 1,025,950 shares would result in a dilution notably raising the PE; however I have been extremely pleased with Annmarie Gayle as CEO and have no reason to question her judgement and her long term plans to keep the company on the right path, including increased shareholder value to all their loyal investors.
