he issues shares to pay debt,debt they create by pulling in 180K per year from the company all in cahoots with CD holders,some fake Pr's,coin craze,and you have yourself a market

he issued 700K dollars in debt and dumped everything on shareholders while pulling his nice salary,his buy for 30K is his two month salary,I would throw 30K in the fire every year if I'll be making 180K doing nothing just issuing notes
