Almost 40 million shares in the PP bought at .05 available for sale starting next week. They had a 4 month lock up period starting with the 1st tranche closed in early October 2017. Considering they also got 1 warrant per share exercisable at .10c I imagine many would sell the shares then exercise the warrants. IMO
