Will be difficult to appraise due to lack of comps. One aspect of the appeal of the Cielo Mar property is the clear title for such s large tract of oceanfront land.

As Jan has stated, Mexican properties of this size are typically owned by many families, often hundreds of individuals. To gain clear title is next to impossible. Whether or not CBRE can even come close to accurately assessing a value...I have no idea.

Let’s just call it $50M & move along!
