Not true! Was told that Bruce was telling people they were going to raise the $150k to get listed! You obviously are not in the know! lol.

That's an easy answer as to why they want to be listed on the TSX Venture. The Canadian investors that bought into bruceys deal paid .01 for the shares they were issued. THEY CAN'T SELL THEM UNLESS ITS LISTED ON THE TSX EXCHANGE. Ask Bruce yourself. Those investors are not happy about being stuck with the shares they can't sell
