Guess nobody bothered to add up the 90 days. That is today I'll admit. I just wonder if Steve knows that. He said the fins would be released the 31st so I guess everybody just went with that. Great day today though. Looking forward to a few PR's along with the fins whenever they are released.

Today is 90 days after Oct 31, so doesn't ONCI need to file for an extension today if the fins are scheduled to come after today (hopefully Jan 31st)? Would that extension show up on EDGAR?
