again this is my opinion but what I have seen with bvtk is they

1st do a strategic alliance agreement (done)

2nd they do a jv with a company ( in the works) this was with in a week or two

3rd tom looks to acquire the company if they can work something out ( this is a maybe ?) if the company is willing

so lets see how this all plays out here again this is all my opinion on the matter

After a major share reduction for both BVTK and IHSI, wouldn't you agree?

3-6 bucks a share.
