Hey ya hobowilly - Ordinar flat day in DPW, wasn't it?

Does anyone know the time of the 1/31 meeting & can anyone point out the link to the meeting? I just spent about 30 minutes poking around the DPW web site & there is nothing on it that I could find that shows the time. Anyone got a link yet?
