Rising India, Inc. (OTC Pink: RSII) announced, on January 18, 2018 that its Rising Biosciences, Inc.’s laboratory in Ohio is close to completion with the state of Ohio for an MMJ license. The stock got little play on this news, however, spiked on record volume last Thursday and Friday 160%. Somebody is in the know here.
