I understand why the appraisal is happening. I mean to say that there have been a number of numbers thrown around as to the value of the land, so it will be interesting to see where an independent third-party places the value at.

Knowing that Jan turned down a 10 million dollar cash offer makes me think that the land is worth way more..

Anybody got any thoughts on how much the land could appraise for?
