Interesting not sure how a settlement agreement on a publicly traded stock could be confidential. Doesn't there need to be transparency for shareholders? Good for IMMR. Thanks for the info penny2pound

penny, about a month ago, I spoke with an IP Attorney at length about our win. He broke into a conversation I was having with another person after hearing we won at PTAB. He was quite impressed and surprised when I told him the story. He was lead on an infringement case against a company in Canada. They won treble damages, but are awaiting their money...

We sit in a very good position. Stay removal shortly and "let's get ready to rumble"!

When you say you spoke to DEEP Silicon Valley insider. Did you speak to them about VPLM or IMMR?

I assumed it was about VPLM, but when I reread, I wasn't sure if this whole post was referencing IMMR.
