Your math is correct, however It's not the fair value pps. It only enhances +ve market sentiment with higher probability of financing available all the way through the Phase 3, with better management oversight/discretion from ATNX watchdog. These factors and potentially another acquirer making a bid for DCTH will drive the pps up. If it goes through, ATNX has grabbed a deeply undervalued stock at dirt cheap price.
