Naked Shorting or Shorting is done everyday. And think about this - If Shorting of any kind was not being done against POTN, then how would their be 4 days in a row - soon to be 5 days once Monday is over of Failure to Deliver? Reason is because the SEC and our government have not moved our markets to T+ 0 instead of T+2.
