That's exactly why heddle has been digging a hole ever since. If he admits now the process doesn't work, then he admits to previous fraud. He's spending his own money for two reasons, 1 it's cheaper than prison or a fine, and 2 he lays claim to every piece of property ptoi owns. Don't underestimate heddle, he knows exactly what he is doing and why. Investors will get nothing, heddle will avoid prison and enrich himself. Heddle marine gives him some legitimacy, but as we saw with all the past deals, the latest will fall apart as well. No one buys a piece of crap that hasn't run for four years because it's broken and the company has no cash to repair. No one!!!
