I agree. If Phase 2a of P passes with flying colors, why not commence a Phase 3 on P if a solid "Good for all partnership" cannot be reached? I think (and I may be wrong) that they can probably perform a Phase 3 in P for $15 - $20 million. Once a BP sees the results of Phase 2b (and if they are great would be a bonus), and that we are proceeding with a Phase 3 of P, they would be more inclined to step-up with a solid offer instead of trying to lowball us before the Phase 3 is completed. AIMHO.
