Folks...... this stock went from approx. 18 cents to a penny....no surprise based on the allegations and negative press (albeit all those indicted were either ex-employees, promoters or others not affiliated with the company). According to the latest news release, Boris R (ex CEO) admitted a scheme to artificially promote the stock from a current 7 cents to whatever based on a scheme with others. Here's my question: it was already at 7 cents....why is it at 1-3 cents now - because of no positive news or counters by the existing management team other than their rather limp April legal denial. So I guess my question is what is their marketing plan....what are they doing todo to enhance current share holder value.....what about some PR to highlight any progress as there is no reason for this stock price to increase without promoting a legitimate business opportunity
