There is no criminal case against treaty . Not anybody else for that matter. What we have is a very weak civil case and Treaty is no longer involved and will be back trading with a market maker . The clownfish , Barney , and all other made fun of creatures have karma too What goes around. Comes around. In Texas for criminal felony fraud it's 7 years and the clock does NOT run while the accused is out of State.
