How about not having a SINGLE dilutive note/warrant etc out there Fuzzy Bunny... No hidden notes... Or the only money this shell owes as of Sept 2017 is 60k(JUST A LOAN) which could have been paid off/down or still there. That is chump change.

After RS, this will be 1 of the cleanest shells I have seen... Without RS, it still is 1 of the cleanest shells... Past history goes with those management/officers that conduct it IMO.
