set it as far up as you can and remember to move it up the stock moves up..

I use Scottrade and it is the same with me. I was only able to put in a sell at a penny when it was at .0045 so keep trying until it takes. You can always modify you sell price as the PPS rises so you lock them up at a higher PPS.
