What we all know is that the agreement with Starcrest expired 2 months ago, that no agreement was reached and that no extension of the agreement was disclosed.

Whew!! Thanks Sneak!!
There is tremendous power in the Truth. Like being in a swamp full of alligators :-)

Any ideas on net profits per barrel of $70. Crude? Either %s or net dollars.
My support has never wained this past 10+years.
Keep up the good work my friend.

Sneak, I was unaware that ERHC had signed an agreement to acquire a share of anything from Starcrest. What did ERHC pay/give up to make this acquisition? A link to this information would be appreciated.

As for EEZ Block 4, ERHC owns (at least for now) 100% of that block. They don't need to exercise their 15% interest there.

Also, could you provide a link to the information regarding gas production starting on JDZ Block 2 this year or next? Who has Oranto found as a qualified technical partner to farm-in on the block?

Lastly, can you point me to where it was said that Exxon was snubbed by the council? What I have seen said that it was Exxon who told the council that they were no longer interested.

Thanks.
