Thanks for the clarification Witty. We can all agree Frack isn't the best communicator in the world but like you say he has a role here more as a mediator between parties. The Chinese are the deep pockets and he has to defer to their cultural ways. We can't understand the deliberate way of their culture. So when is Chinese New Year maybe we get some fireworks.

just reading your comment Witty, yes me included got caught up in the wrong area, if that were the case, with Frack not really being in the picture, the mystery people that are responsible are not available, not confirmed and not doing anything but what? waiting for the price to go down so they can move in? or have they already left due to Trumps policy on foreign investments now? all questions we can answer due to "the are not available" or "they are not there"
