Yeah. It's too bad. So, we see TMPS engaging in Toxic Lending (Santiago has 81% of TMPS shares from default on $6,200,000 (initial value of $5,500,000) plane), Dilution and Increasing A/S without a shareholders votes (102,416,818 shares per recent TMPS S-1/A filing above 100,000,000 A/S not included are 6 - L-1011s and whopping 6,730,769 shares), Loss of Revenues (Customer B* lost revenues of approximately 40% of annual revenues; not replaced. And, misleadings about future government contracts. Where are the new contracts? It's been quite some time since new fiscal year that started in October 2017).
Bottom line is: TMPS has lots of challenges in the next few months including Notes and Warrants Conversions. So, it's going to be an interesting next few months. TMPS may not be forthcoming. But, they can't lie. Everything in this message is disclosed by TMPS in the recent S-1/A.
