For every 100% gain, sell minimum 10% says

Cramer, but I say sell 20%. If you are lucky enough to have 200% gain without selling yet, sell 20% now, if you decide to try for 300% and it tanks, try to sell that 20% when down to 150% gain, don't wait for it to tank all the way to 100% gain.
