All that is happening is discussions with a company possibly interested in the iron. Why not wait until there is a definitive agreement completed? Because the discussions will end with no agreement and no real interest from this entity. Puting news out about preliminary discussions is at least news that can be spun as something positive by the likes of panipoo.If they wait for the company to say thanks but no thanks, they got no news.
