It would only take 5.5 million to buy the whole out standing shares. I don’t think your math or projection of how much would be used for buy back is accurate at all.

If the company needs to maintain $0.01 for 30 days to get up listed how much of a cushion are they going to try to provide for themselves? Could it be $0.02 or even $0.03?
