Raja, might be the reason to sell shares ! Could we be in a Ponzi Scheme that is actually taking our cash and doing research with investors money instead of grants and donations? Heck the way they act authorizing more shares is no big deal. They make great salaries and get share options to go with it. No sweat off there backs. Authorize away. Scientists are very smart people don't get me wrong , but when it comes to business savvy they fail miserably. What do these type people actually want? Money? Maybe but 1st and foremost cancer researchers want to find the cure for cancer. Making money in my opinion is 2nd on the list. If these employees continue to do research using Advaxis as the catalyst for there research why would the care about diluting the company? They continue on using Investors money then come back every few years and spin the wheel for more shares. The BOD is using our cash as well as hedge funds and Tutes. In my mind I think some big dog that still owns a ton of shares could right this ship if they wanted to shake up the BOD. The BOD is lacking business acumen! We need a few business men or women that should be on the board to protect investors money. We need a shake up!!!!!!

if Advaxis tries to float millions of shares they will tank the stock. look at PETX. tried but had to cancel
