Without the software , which the guy with the really fly hat, claims the value is based on ...

And that it is offered as part of stock ownership and that bonuses are offered for increased stock ownership by a date certain ...

They are offering a security, and security laws I do not fully understand would come to play.

I am pretty sure this pause was never about Kodak offering to buy out TTCM.
