So the online store has been open for over three years now, including Wade's company selling it. What is the net revenue in that time? How many shares have been sold and what losses did the company have?

What is that patent number they said they had? How about that trademark worth tens of millions for a company with ZERO, not even formed yet, when signed?

Cancakes are an excuse to sell shares, the real product here.
