I was anticipating a flash out and still believe it will happen. The market makers need to get rid off as many retailers as possible. This proxy could be a trigger to take the stock to woodshed and force them to bail at $2 or even lower. Fear of dilution is paralyzing for most of the retail.
Why the company didn’t raise cash at at $3? They had 15 million shares for a secondary. They might be just fighting off some hostile takeovers.
