Less than 500k people live there year-round, and I doubt that with Basu's reputation, PPJE will get a license.

She stated $PPJE applied for consideration years ago
and recently accepted to submit application. That's how it works.

Im not convinced in any way anyone here has any clue
about Ms.Basu's reputation in California but for hearsay by,
for example, Grewal corner or his family fowl.
